CNC MILLING OF WOOD AND PLASTICS
In the milling department, we use large workbenches to offer our customers the possibility to receive large finished products in one monolithic piece. In many situations, subsequent assembly of finished products in several parts is no longer accurate or practical, so they should be made as a single piece. Examples of such finished products are three-dimensional models of large glass moulds.
Also, all large slab blanks from kitchen furniture and other furniture manufacturers fit neatly on the worktop, with no need to cut the blank to size beforehand, as the milling machine does it for you. This saves on extra operations and labour.
Of course, a larger workspace does not prevent the processing of smaller parts, the production of which is also very welcome.
Main materials we milled:
- various industrial plastics (POM, PA, PE, PP, PVC, PMMA)
- Plexiglas
- vineer
- MDF, HDF
- solid wood
- glue suit
- polycarbonate
- aluminium, brass, copper and similar light metals
- composite materials
File formats suitable for the preparation of milling programs:
- DXF
- DWG
- STL (for 3D shape processing)
- STEP (for 3D shape processing)
Machine park:

Four-axis milling spindle with automatic tool change and 180 degree spindle rotation. The bench allows the workpiece to be machined from the sides without changing the workpiece position.
Suitable products: large- and small-scale details, 3D models.
Work area X | up to 2600 mm |
Work area Y | up to 4600 mm |
Work area Z | up to 500 mm |
Detail fixing | vacuum table |

Three-axis milling machine with emulsion cooling of the workpiece. The bench is used for milling aluminium. Suitable for the production of smaller parts.
Work area X | up to 1200 mm |
Work area Y | up to 1200 mm |
Work area Z | up to 200 mm |
A three-axis milling machine for machining large and small parts.
Work area X | up to 2350 mm |
Work area Y | up to 4300 mm |
Work area Z | up to 300 mm |
Detail fixing | vacuum table |

The main customers of milling are furniture manufacturers (kitchen furniture, decorative doors, ornaments), advertising agencies, machine builders and glass mould manufacturers. We can assist with 2D drawing as well as 3D modelling.
