Description

A gas heater can be added to the smoker, making it much more convenient to prepare delicious smoked products. When using a wood-burning stove, you need to keep a close eye on the temperature in the cooking chamber to keep it within the right range, but with a gas solution the temperature is very stable. The set includes support plates on either side of the smoker, where it is convenient to place a cooking rack or other items.
